Age:
You must be 16 or over.
From 16-18 you must bring signed permission from your parents. We
accept under 16s if a group is organised with a tutor. The tutor will
have free accommodation and a free course (group size minimum 8
persons).
Costs
COURSE FEES:
The registration fee is
valid for 2 years. The course fees are as listed in the PRICE LIST.
ACCOMMODATION FEES:
Reservations must be made
in advanced. Reservations at the Hotel/Apartments will require deposit
directly to the Hotel/Apartments. This is a free service to students,
and IDIOMALAGA takes no responsibility for accommodation.
Cancellations:
Before the start of the
course:
1. More than 10 days
before: a full
refund less 100€ to cover registration costs plus bank charges for
processing a refund will be charged.
2. Less than 10 days
before: 20%
refund of amount paid .If 20%is less than 100€ then policy 1. above
would be applied.
3. After getting VISA:
20% of amount course is refund only. 4. Embassy VISA
rejected: Policy cancellation number 1 above is applied.
Accommodation refund
when cancellation depend on the Hotel/Apartments. IDIOMALAGA is not
responsible for accommodation cancellation rules.
After the start of the
course:
There will be no refunds
except in a case of severe illness with a valid medical certificate
accepted by IDIOMALAGA. IDIOMALAGA has the rights to decide
after checking medical certificate. Cancellation policy number 1 is
applied.
Insufficient
Participation:
IDIOMALAGA reserves the
right to cancel a course where the number of students is not
sufficient. All enrolled students will be advised no later than 2
weeks prior to the starting date of the course. Any payment made will
be refunded except bank transfer commissions.
Late Arrival:
Arriving after the start
of the course will still require full course payment.
Absences:
Non-attendance to classes
will receive no refunds or compensation.
Insurance
IDIOMALAGA is not liable
or responsible for any loss or problems occurring in Malaga. We
recommend personal insurance for your stay if you so desire. Students
requiring VISA will need insurance.
Methods of Payment:
-IN ADVANCE
by Bank Transfer (requires that your name is indicated as transferee)
-UPON ARRIVAL
in Malaga at IDIOMALAGA. Please Note: It is strongly
recommended that the registration fee be paid in advance of arrival to
secure a place in the desired class.
Behaviour:
In cases of unacceptable
behaviour IDIOMALAGA reserves the right to expel a student from the
school and their accommodation.
These terms & conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a
consumer
and are accepted for the students as soon as the student enroll in the
course..
In case of litigation only Malaga court jurisdiction is valid.
